I have been running incentives for a while, I track my metrics and notice that many times my metrics are quite unreasonable. Same ad but very different metrics between days. The difference between customers filling in payment information and successful payments is quite large.
My support said "it depends on your landing". But the problem is that I keep my ads and landings going for several days with very good metrics and the next day it seems to be at rock bottom even though the number of payment information fills remains at a good level.
Can anyone help me explain this and what is the average ratio of customers filling out payment information to completing your order?
