Where do I start?

Hello!

I am new member. Where should I start?? I am interested in doing push, pop, and native successfully, but have had trouble getting things to work in the past.

I am a pretty experienced affiliate (3 years of it). Throughout this time I've only had one campaign that actually worked. The one that did work though was a CPA that paid out 80 cents on MaxBounty that I was able to scale to $200 in profit per day though after about a month of optimization.

Having said this, my strongsuit and what I know I can do well is my optimization skills. It's just the whole learning how to successfully set up the correct funnel to get revenue flowing in the first place (I don't need it to be profitable, just need enough conversions to build data to be able to go into optimization phase) is what I struggle with.

Any ideas or suggestions as to what's the best way to approach my goals leveraging these courses?

Thanks in advance!

I say don't spread your self too thin, go with 1 source of advertising otherwise you will never master any, if you choose a lot of sources you'll be killing your budget faster and most likely seeing no real results.

Seeing no conversions doesn't mean you are not optimizing, you should always be monitoring the campaign from beginning to end and always optimizing,

Though yes at first you let the campaign run for how long you feel comfortable to gather data but then you start optimizing / thinking about killing the campaign / changing the offer / trying a different offer landing page (maybe VSL not working and text offer would be better?)

Theres a lot that goes into it, if you are struggling make a follow a long in the forum maybe others can help more

Thank you, yes the only success I've had has been with ZeroPark so I'll just focus on that specific traffic source. They got all three traffic types I am interested in.

It's difficult to know when to kill a campaign or if it just needs a bit more time/tweaking. Ya alot of Stars need to align together for it to work it seems like. Thats the challenge. Hope this course clears the air and we can all help eachother out with this. Definitely worth it.

You are not stuck with Zeropark it should be your main, you can do any push network but if you see a campgin not working dont instantly hop to a different one, sit down and understand why no sales

I heard it's hard to make any significant amount of money with push, so I would recommend you to do it for a bit learn how to run campaigns and leave it for a native / youtube ads is big / Facebook / Bing / google

I know I'm not stuck with ZeroPark. I'm saying since I've had success with them in the past I'll focus on that to master it since it's good to get used to and master one traffic source.

I know. That's what I'm saying - to not just automatically kill a campaign but to figure out if it actually needs tweaking. It's the skill to understand when it's appropriate to do which, as you also see successful affiliates just kill a campaign after spending a certain amount of money without getting a certain amount of conversions during the initial test.

Lastly, there's no need to try and tell me to 'sit down' to learn and understand. You can tell me to try and learn/understand without using condescending verbage. This forum is supposed to be civil ok?
