I'm excited to be here!

But I'm having a small issue with the forum itself. I bought the lifetime deal on Sunday, but I can't get into the Premium forums.
Here's the error I'm seeing: "Oops! We ran into some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

I sent a support message but I don't think it went through?

Unfortunately that didn't work Tried in Firefox & Chrome, and I don't have any ad blockers.

I just reset my password and logged in again, but that didn't work either.

I think we found the issue if you try resetting again it should work

I can still log in to the forum and the resources in the forum.

The other content in my account I can't log in and it says I have to log in to view the content.

This is confusing and confusing, please check again.
