How do I know which network the offer is from?

I see offers being promoted and I want to know which network they are from? I searched on offervault.com and affplus. Many offers on offervault.com are not available. Does anyone have experience in finding the Network that has the offer I am looking for?

Yes are you able to share the offer? Sometimes the tracking links are clue, or sometimes you can reach out the advertiser directly and sign up or email them and ask how to promote their offer.
