Custom Domain setup Help required

Hello everyone,

I am trying to setup custom domain in CPVlab. suppose my landing page root domain is xtremead.in
I want the custom tracking domain to be also on the same root domain that is xtremead.in, not in subdomain.
but CPVlab support is saying it is not possible for custom domain and landing to be on the same page but I came across many websites whose custom and root domains are same for example:

Can anyone help and let me know how to do this?

Also does using subdomain an issue for googleads? and does using root domain for tracking boost conversions?

The website you used for an example isn't using CPV as I can see. You are setting up a custom domain CPV lab simply for tracking not for your actual landing page URL. Use a subdomain or tracking it makes no difference. This is a tracking URL not your landing page.

Then what are they using?

Because my theme is also review style, so how should I link my tracking link to each button? Do I have to create seperate campaign for each product or?

As for tracking - most affiliate tracking tools including voluum, redtrack, funnelflux etc will have listicle options. All of them require the same amount of work.

CPVlab now has 2 options for posting conversions on google.
1. API
2. Imported

Which one do you think is better?

because in API campaign name in both should be same.

But say for example in 1 google ads campaign I am using 5 keywords (like best vpn, popular vpn) with 2 landing pages. in another ads 3 keywords (like trial vpn, free vpn) with another 1 landing page. My goal and everything is same, Review style website, then in CPVlab I have to create 2 camapigns instead of one which I don't think is a good idea.

Please comment, how to tackle this


Also Can you help me with google tracking parameters? As CPVlab has limited parameters, I want toassign more but can not find any parameter list from google. Parameters like matchtype, display path, which heading is working etc.

I use imported and it works great.

Yes it is fine to multiple campaigns in cpv lab but typically I will have 1 campaign matched to one campaign in google. Not multiple campaigns in CPV Lab linked to one campaign in google.
