While traffic seems to be the one thing that a lot of people concern themselves over, the truth is that traffic is not that hard to get in massive numbers.
In fact it is extremely easy to generate traffic to any webpage. All of our traffic courses inside the member’s area can attest to that. With thousands of PPC networks and mobile traffic sources and giants like FB, Google, and Bing, it is really easy to get your hands on thousands of visitors by the hour.
BUT……all our traffic courses are WORTHLESS unless you understand the value that each click is really worth to you, and you understand how much you can afford to pay for it.
If you are sending traffic to a page for free, it is still important to understand the value of each click to your website. (We also have ways to get free traffic which we explain in depth in your PA premium membership.)
So what does this all mean? Well when you build your next campaign figure out what your earnings per click (EPC) is. To do that you need a good system in place to track every click and conversion. Once you know your EPC and the true value of one customer to you, you know how much you can spend on traffic costs.
Here is another gem when it comes to buying traffic…
Become a true master of one steady traffic source.
Stay focused on that traffic source and only add more traffic sources once you understand that source. EPC can vary greatly if you jump from traffic source to traffic source. A perfectly optimized campaign on Google Adwords will not necessarily translate to a winner on Bing or Yahoo. So if you are trying to get an accurate EPC but you are using 3 different traffic sources then your stats are going to be greatly flawed, and you may not be able to determine which traffic source is yielding the best ROI, or worst of all you may miss out on opportunities to scale a good traffic source.
Start by thoroughly testing or mastering one traffic source. Only then should you scale with another source.
